Expand current EON activities that worked well in 2006 (exhibitions with customers, EON & IDC Seminars etc) (see Marketing Plan & sep slide)
Increase EON’s online presence: EON web site, Newsletters, Streamed videos YouTube, Second Life Connection , text review EON website to match current activities(demos, case studies, products)
Launch IDC Consortium network (IDC Consortium Monthly Newsletter, get IDC content on EE, IDC Seminars, IDC Tele Presence mtgs, IDC web page with links to all members, Forums for IDC in process, IDC RSS, etc)
Launch EONExperience Add value to IPCM & SBL physical Offer with Online EE Offer, expand viral marketing & user generated propagation (Start Viral for FREE Usage of Scan your face in 3D Offer this to MySpace, Google AdSense etc
Get EON’s brand known to the masses (Disney, exhibits, Stadium performance, Prime time TV presence, through the EONexperience 3D Morhing face scoop
Launch Eon Universe & Offer Universe™ presentation options to IPCM, SBL & LBE customers (see sep slide)
Activate formal PR campaign – with press releases that are distributed by AP (Associated Press)

Sales - Min 28 MUSD Gross – Min 18 MUSD Net – See Regional Goals for details
Grow “Bread and Butter” iPCM and SBL Business – Min 14 MUSD
Establish 10 New IDC Channels in Critical Markets (See attached existing list & new lead generation) – 10 MUSD
Grow Business Prospects & Channel (see EON sales Process & lead Generation) – min 4 MUSD - target 6 MUSD
Expand to 20 Strong direct sales team members that deliver as per targets and promote Mangers to lead (see sep slide)

Grow ATP Business Area Substantially – 2 MUSD
